The attic in my home was unbearably hot. After showers water ran down the walls. Mike from Best Contracting thoroughly investigated the situation and determined I had inadequate roof ridge ventilation, nor did I have proper ventilation from the bathroom ceiling exhaust fans to the outside vents. I got 2-3 estimates but I was confident with Mike. He went into that exceedingly hot attic, got measurements inside, and on the roof. He answered my questions with clarity, and patience, was clear as to what needed to be done to correct the problems. He presented himself with confidence, professionalism, honesty, excellent people skills and customer service. He arrived to the site on time, worked conscientiously, and completed the tasks for the day in a timely fashion. His price was reasonable. I had hail damage on my home. The aluminum siding was severely beat up. Best contracting was on time and worked with my insurance company. Their sales rep Joshua Shoemaker is awesome! He guided me through the process and everything went very smoothly. I definitely got the 5⭐️experience with this company. The installers were on time and very professional ! I highly recommend their services. I am very pleased with job they preformed and highly recommend them. I would certainly use them again should I need them.

I'm very impressed with the skylight replacement and gutter leaf guards / drip edge work that was done - all at what I'd consider fair prices. The technician, Mike, was excellent in terms of his being on time, his knowledge, and his workmanship! Although my actual roof shingles are still in great shape I'm strongly considering having them replace my ridge vent next.

Best Contracting was absolutely the Best!! Working with Brian and the team was seamless from start to finish! New roof looks beautiful! They did a great job with clean up too! Brian came back after all the work was done to make sure everything was perfect! Would absolutely recommend Best Contracting !!

I had water damage in my daughter’s room this past summer. My insurance company was giving me the run around on covering the damages and could not find the source of the leak. Mike came out August 1st to clean my gutters as a start to see where the water was coming from. He has come out a few times after that. Giving me transparency and detailed explanations of what he found. Needless to say he had found the cause of leaks in my roof and repaired them to stop all leaks in my roof. I would recommend Mike and Best Contracting for great pricing, knowledge and great customer service

Mike came out today and did a thorough inspection of our roof and siding. He was very attentive to what I was asking and he answered all of my questions. He was also able to fix a couple of loose siding pieces which also helps us tremendously! I would recommend Best Contracting and Mike the technician that examined our roof.

We've been using Best Contracting for about 4 years now. They've replaced our roof and siding due to wind damage. They were very quick to get to these projects so our home wasn't exposed to more damage. They were very efficient and always looking out for our best interests. They have done a wonderful job each time!

You know sometimes things happen that you have no control of such as when I had some roof damage from the high winds. I called into Best Contracting and they worked with me and Mike stopped out. Mike was very polite and did a fantastic job repairing what was wrong. He also cleaned everything up when he was done. Showed me what was wrong and then showed me what he did to repair it. Everyone I dealt with from the person on the phone when I first called in till the end was very polite and did a very good job. And for that reason I will use this company again and recommend them every time.

Mike and his team were amazing! Easy to work with in getting our estimate and the job scheduled for our gutter replacement that needed to be done secondary to the builders of our new home in a 55+HOA community placing inefficient size gutters to handle the water flow. Mike was very knowledgeable and fully explained his plan in order to fix the issue .The completed job was clean and top notch. I highly recommend Best Contracting. Thank you

KUDOS to Best Contracting!! Best Contracting did an excellent job on replacing my roof, back siding and gutters around my house. My contact person was Nate Petty, who was very professional and easy to work with throughout the three-phase project that was done on my house, which resulted from a hail storm. He was professional, patient, efficiently communicated with me all work that was to be done and a strong advocate on my behalf with the insurance company to ensure that all necessary replacements were done and not just a patch job which the insurance company was trying provide. Not only did they do a great job on all the projects, they consistently met all timelines on start/finish times and they ensured that they left my premises as it was prior to the work start each time. Nate even came back days later, after the snow melted, to ensure there were no nails/debris left on my patio. That’s what I call Superb Customer Service! I would highly recommend and have already done so!
